The area is bounded by Anhe Drainage channel and Chunzhu Drainage channel in the east, adjacent to the jurisdiction of Chiayi Management Office, reaches Bazhang River and Xinying in the south, faces the Taiwan Strait in the west and Beigang River in the north. It is about 23km from east to west, and 31km from north to south, with a total area of 262km2 and an irrigated area of 17,688 hectares
