This hydraulic structure is the first diversion gate on the North Main Canal of the Chianan Canal, primarily intended to regulate the upstream and downstream water levels and stabilize the water supply to each branch line and irrigation group. The structure was rebuilt in 2010, with four diversion gates measuring 3.6 meters in width and 4 meters in height. The structure adopts rising-stem electric gates.
